‘Lady Bird’ takes title of Rotten Tomatoes Best-Reviewed movie ever

The new coming of-age Indie movie ‘Lady Bird’ a story about the life and struggle of a teenager growing up on the wrong side of the tracks, starring Saoirse Ronan, has booted Toy Story 2 of the podium to take the title of the best reviewed movie on Rotten Tomatoes. Watch the trailer here.

 

With plenty of tough competition this Oscar Season in Hollywood, ‘Lady Bird’ has measured up a massive 170 positive reviews on the Rotten Tomatoes site! Capturing the minds of the audience and critics alike, a Cinderella story centred on the life of a teenager Christina MacPherson and her mother Marion, takes audiences on a funny and entertaining journey through the eyes of a family not often seen on the big-screen.

After making a clean sweep in the reviews so far on Rotten Tomatoes, and a 100% Tomato-meter score, writer and Director of the film, Greta Gerwig told Rotten Tomatoes “We put our heart and souls into this movie, and the last step of this deeply collaborative art form of filmmaking is giving the film to the audience and the film critics”.
